Refund policy

At HerForm, your satisfaction and hygiene are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any shapewear items once they have been delivered.

🚫 Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Shapewear is considered innerwear, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to restock or resell returned items. This ensures that every customer receives products that are brand new, clean, and never previously tried on.

💸 Refunds

We only offer refunds under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

• You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

• You provide photo/video proof of the issue via email or WhatsApp

Once approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

📦 Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, the order is processed and cannot be canceled or modified.
